Confessions of a camper

Recommended Posts

Me and the missus went up to Moniaive in Scotland over the weekend for the Moniaive Michaelmas Bluegrass Festival where I was performing. The data card contained nearly 400 images when I arrived home and they're going to take some sorting through and processing. I've always taken pics of other people playing and performing, but I can never take pictures while I am performing. This is where the missus comes in; I've been showing her how to use the camera. The problem is, it's very difficult to know who took what shot. If I'm in the picture, she must have taken it. If I'm not in the picture, I may have taken it. If it's blurred or wonky, I certainly DID NOT take it!  The only way I can tell who took the shot is that I either remember the shot, or that I usually take them from a lower angle, whereas the missus will just stand there and take it. I'm going to be sharing a few pics from the event and to the best of my knowledge, I took them. If there are any that I mistakenly post, not taken by me, I apologise now!

All set up on the campsite, 20 yards from the beer garden!

Some folk couldn't wait for the festivities to officially start

Kettle on for a brew after setting up camp. Hmm, don't think I took this one :detective:
