Tonight's Mutt Walk

One advantage - have to keep telling myself there's an advantage to sharing the house with a hairy mutt - of having a dog is it does get you out most days.

 

Usually it's just down to Jacky's Beach, about ten mins from mine, for a walk, stick throw, plodge, rock pooling if the boys are with me and of course a few snaps.

oh and I used to have a scruffy dog as a kid who was actually called "Mutt"

Yes, that second shot is a real plodge! (Actually I have no idea what 'plodge' means - but if it means 'brilliant' then we're on the same hymn sheet)

Both are great shots but #1 does it for me. There is just something about it that draws me in!

no2, you could come up with a few stories on that one. 

 

plodge or plodging means walking or going to walk in puddles or a muddy type field over this end of the country.

Thought 'plodge' would be a universal word. As Geoff said its all about the mud and puddles.

Both great pics, with the first being my favourite, especially when viewed large........the word Plodge, is new to me here in the Midlands.....but to Splodge paint or mud about is in the dictionaries.
