The Macro function on my little Panasonic LX5 takes some getting used to.....I have discovered that the lens can almost be touching the subject and still focus.......These and other shots soon to be posted were by way of experiment both in the creation and during processing:

 

The first here is almost ...As Shot:

 

The second, given a TOPAZ DETAIL ...Leaf-Green filter plus a Selective Sharpen:

 

I couldnt help thinking of a Space Station floating in a gree Universe:

 

The round things are  from the plant that kids love to throw at woolly clothes, because of velcro-like hooks:
