Senglea, btw, is what I like to think of as 'real' Malta. Just ordinary streets with ordinary people and a great place to wander around with a camera.

I'm with you on seeing the real country. Nothing beats getting lost and trying to communicate with people who can't understand you in order to get something to eat

Fantastic set. 2,3 and 4 stand out for me with 2 just taking the podium

 

I'm with you when it comes to seeing the 'real' side of anywhere I visit, it wasn't really feasible on my London trip due to the limited time we were there. I tried my hand at people watching (pics to come) but felt really self concious
