A very still morning on the Wicken Lode last November with a lovely blue sky and the low sun picking up the autumnal colours

Bugs, really nice but if you don't have one can I suggest you try a circular polarising filter on this kind of scene as it would help balance the sky a little ?

I don't have one to fit this lens at the moment. It's on the list for the next time I go to the shop.

good man  I have 2 -  a 77mm and a 64mm, but I would advise you to look at one that has a mark of some sort so you can easily tell' where' you are with it. Or stick a drop of tipex on the edge.
