Summer it seems is here - for tonight anyway - and the light it brings is fabulous for pictures.

Lovely light indeed and you made good use of it. In terms of light, the backlighting in the first one is just right, the second scores for his expression and the third for the simplicity and the way the detail is picked out by the light. A very nice set

It has all been said BP.........a great use of light.

You also stir memories of great times with our kids at your age......I used to take mine either into Coventry City to explore ( the then new) Cathederal and Art Gallery.....or......exceptionally long walks along Canal Towpaths, with a miniature tape recorder and a plastic film camera.....on reaching home we would make a sound and picture scrapbook.

I like the way the all of the greens blend, apart from the actual subject and photography, which are both smashing.
