A conversion of a shot from my ....Street Photography....visit to Coventry City Centre yesterday:

 

I tried something I havent done previously ( I dont think I will be repeating it)......I set my little Panasonic LX5 to P Mode.....it seemed to be OK, but I have found the results to be very noisy:

(At my age I couldn't catch the running chap for a ...Model Release Form......and by the time I got back to where the woman was....I was out of breath and she had vanished....Honestly Gov!)

Excellent! Simple composition, a very good conversion, and it's one that allows the viewer to fit their own story to the picture.

Amazing capture.

While I like the juxtaposition between the two people I'd love a (square) cropped version with just the leaping bloke.

I see what you mean BP......but think a square crop containing just him would be too restricting.....I though the walking figure added an opposite as a balance.

Please show me where you would crop it.

Yes, I see what you mean, he does have space to run in to......but I still prefer the two figure balance of my original.

It is a wonder I captured him in frame at all......I spotted him out of the corner of my eye as he ran for a bus.
