 - not sure about the W/mark, I always say if you are going to use one make it work and use an email or web address so people can contact you.

thanks colin, i used to use my web address, but the address two months ago.  it's on the list of things to be updated, but i'm still undecided on my new address.  i was using my last name (anthonyphotos.com) and there was a similarly named site in new jersey.  got tired of getting emails from him for my customers and emails from his customers looking for him.

I see your point but it shows a good watermark can prove its worth.

nah, it was more event stuff, ie, "where are the photos you took of my party last weekend?"  and he was getting emails from people asking when or where my next show was, or which local shops i sell in.  they were just going to the wrong sites and filling out the contact form, it wasn't from any photos they'd seen online.
