Nice picture John. Seems to be plenty of wildlife around your area?  A bit sparse around here so far.

 

Dave... where I live is great for nature lovers like me, lovely day today... walked 5.5 miles through the local woods this morning. I've seen butterflies, bumblebees and numerous other flying insects. Ravens, Carrion crows, Magpies, a Jay, lots of the usual birds like Robins, Blackbirds etc, also Willow tits, Marsh tits, Coal tits, Long tailed tits, Chiffchaffs, Blackcaps, Buzzards and many more besides. Carpets of Wood anenomes Celandines and the first of the Bluebells are just beginning to come into flower. My favourite time of year without doubt.
