Here's a fat ball feeder that should keep Squirrels & maybe Starlings out, similar feeders are available for seed also.

i must get one of them...i dont mind the stalings eating from the table..i find them funny birds, it's just they raid the gaff completly..

I have a mob of Jackdaws come to my feeders, Bandits they maybe but timid ones, I just open the window, clap my hands and they are off.

We buy all of our bird feeders haging tables etc. here and II have a similar feeder to the Alan Titmarsh one and it was only £4.99 and very strong too.
