Ternand

Recommended Posts

Ternand is a great little village. Françoise was just to the right of me. A woman was tending to some flowers outside of her home and Françoise recognised her as her old English teacher. She had not seen her for probably 25 years. They had a good chat but the French was a bit too fast for me to follow.   :)

My other half is French. Her parents live a couple of miles from this spot. We were visiting Françoise's parents for this trip.

I have a real soft spot for France, I would like to live there permanently. Off again in 3 weeks but visiting the area around Boulogne up North. I will likely be back in these parts again later in the year. I go to France a lot.

A lovely shot. It makes me want to walk on up and see what's round the corner.

Around the corner are more scenes like this. It is a beautiful village. Mind you, all the villages are beautiful in these parts.   :)
