Not the nicest of weather and we're waiting for a couple of parcels so can't go out together - down the beach with the dog it was then.

Bunged the Fuji on Monochrome and went looking for 'stuff' to shoot.
Thought I'd post a couple I've fiddled with and a selection as a contact sheet to give a wider idea of what I point the camera at...

I do love Mono (never used anything else in my college days) and you seem to have managed to get these looking like real film Not sure which I like best - the seaweed has a lot going for it but, then again, the birds head and the bubbles and the rocks ...................ummmm

The first shot is an absolute cracker Robin.

I tried my Panasonic GX7 on the mono setting, but didn't get on with it..............I prefer to shoot in colour RAW, then convert mono in CS6 to process, with a dab or two from TOPAZ Filters, then a final High Pass Sharpen.

If you haven't processed these they are very impressive......Perhaps I should give my GX7 another chance, but use the mono setting only?

Nice BP, I see Jasper got included, he is a star that dog he really is.

For me number one (8 on your contact) and number 6 on the contact, something of the Grand Canyon about them but on a different scale, love it.
