Another Angel...

I suspect that this'll be about as popular as a trump in a  spacesuit, what what the hell, I'm posting it anyways.

I've been playing around with textures again and this is the result of a monster texture sesh last night. The original was photographed in a churchyard in North Wales a couple of years ago.

I'm always drawn to cemetery angels, but this one caught my eye because of her serene expression and the star on her forehead.

I'll shurrup!

I do like that and the treatment but I'm finding the star a wee bit disconcerting - will it fall, I ask?

I've not seen an angel with a star on her head before - what part of North Wales was it, Korky?

Thank you for the comments - it went down better than I expected. Interesting that the words 'unnerving' and 'disconcerting' have been used, I find the image quite calming.

Judy - It was taken in a tiny churchyard in the village of Dwygyfylchi. No, I can't pronounce it either.
