Rather surprised to see the drivers window down there Leon, most motor sports would frown on that?

because they were "demonstrating" between the trackday people Ithink they relax the rules a little, it could be doown to the tyre smoke though?

not sure on the rules on Drifting?

me neither, not a clue but I would have thought a mesh curtain would be a must in case they do roll the car ? Keep taking the pictures ;) always good to see some motor sport.

Hi Leon. Nice sharp image. Not easy of a swiftly moving vehicle. I'm not sure this is the right place............but, it would help us (me) to appreciate your images if you would give a brief description of what Drifting is all about. Or have you done this and I've missed it?

Thanks Fuzzy. I skimmed through the regs. and came across the same little gem that Clicker noticed. Rule 12.20

12.20 All lexan windows must be screwed or bolted in place. The drivers window can be lowered but by no more than 2”. The passenger window can be lowered provided there are no passengers travelling in the vehicle.

Would you want to be a passenger? I think not.

I must say that the videos showed there is a great deal of skill involved, but I couldn't work out whether it's a race or just points for style.
