Stuck at work on my own and I'm bored - so started to play with the iPhone and stuff on my desk...

That clever i Phone again eh?...  If you're still bored BP can you tell me how to isolate a frame from a video taken on a smart phone  (a samsung ) and still have it show the Data to prove the date it was taken .  Need it for an insurance claim as the company won't accept the whole video as evidence because their security won't allow it !!!... Sorry I've hijacked your post haven't I? .... I'll go and sit on the naughty step...

Would a screen grab suffice?

Load to your computer, bring up the file info and display it beside the video then lift the whole screen as a still

I'll try that and see if that will suffice ... Seems ridiculous in this day and age why a well known German car Dealership cannot accept a video being sent  to  it's email system . They wont even accept it on a flash drive! Thanks for the suggestion  BP...  and sorry for  pinching your thread ...Despite that evil grumpy looking avatar ....You are kind ...
