Just before I took this shot my little friend sat on my tripod mounted camera and posed for me before flitting to the log...why oh why did I not have a second camera to hand!!

​Thank you BP, this was took  with the Nikkor AFS 55-200mm ED VR kit lens (£106 new) that had arrived that day. I have always been impressed with Olympus's kit lens but I was blown away by the quality of this kit lens. I was not expecting much, or perhaps I just got a particularly good copy of it.

Thats lens is an absolute bargain and amazingly sharp for the cost.
