My other half was certain he had seen a bullfinch in the garden a few weeks ago  but I have never seen on  the  feeder  before  then  this one appeared  for a fleeting moment the other day so I just grabbed this shot ... ...  not the  best image  but at least I have a record of it  if it never turns up again ...

Exactly James ....so it was quite a surprise to see this one  land and stay long enough  for me to grab a shot ...  Such a striking colour though ....
