IN TOWN THIS MORNING

I am just loving what my LUMIX GX9 can produce.....at speed.... all panned as they passed by.....

 

Great characters riding them....the last two were in a large noisy group.... who sped through town very noisily at speed.... not youngsters either.... second childhood’s methinks?

Great panning technique you’ve developed there Fooj ... I’m starting to think you live next to a racetrack for motorbikes!

We sometimes think that too Polly...engine noise from some can be overbearing at times, even from inside the house with doors and windows shut.

Those big bikes make far less noise causing than, those in the last two pics.... as yiu can see they were trails type machines ridden by mature men, very noisy in a group of six.

The worst for noise are those less powerful moped types....or, the bikes of racing spec with the screaming engine on acceleration .....that scooter was a noisy beast too.

I dislike the noise, but like the machines.

We live on a busy tourist route, living so very close to our Castle with the one at Warwick just 4 miles away, together with Stratford-Upon-Avon, the National Motorcycle Museum, and many other bike gatherings in the summer months.
