Well Used

A couple of years ago I bagged a bargain, almost brand new and hardly used Billingham Hadley Small when it was traded in with some photo kit - a year or so ago Dylan decided he might like to borrow it and kids being kids thats the last time I got to use it.

Now to be fair to him he uses it nearly every day but would you look at the bloody state of it.

It occurs to me too, that you had a significant hand in the earliest development of this ...old fogey ..... from a crass amateur into a half decent Photographer......Thanks!

Hmmm...my 10 year old Hadley Pro is in better condition so he's like me, just a little rougher around the edges

I'll second that Fuji .. . I haven't been a member as long as both of you but  you, BP, but  you  have always shared your expertise as well as some great family moments with us on TIPF  . We've never had the chance to meet in the real world but I  am all the better at getting the best out of my camera because of your help and advice over the years ... Watching Dylan and Thomas  develop and grow  through your imaginative and sometimes really funny  images, has been one of the delights  on here and set the yardstick  for making it a community that feels  more like a family  club  than a competitive  Forum  like many others ...so .... thanks  from me too ... ...and what a great set of pics to show what looks like a family heirloom now !
