  3. I am well happy, 2 of my dogs photos taken by me in the next issue of dogs today! The eye in the first photo is Perry, the dog in the second is Freddie

wow thank you guys and Colinb, what an introduction,.. I am well happy with this! here is another one from the same dog and series
  5. yes i have read this too and signed a petition against.
  6. Not at all,.. I run a shop a blog and galleries.
  7. I just use wordpress on hostgator,..
  8. that was my thought exactly, but doubt if the money was that good. I cant go into detail either way. I just think she has been short changed (photo was of her own dog)
  9. I just think it is weird,.. like telling a singer they can only sing to certain people or so... Plus would she not be better off getting paid per use? I think the company made a great deal here
  10. I have heard of another photographer (just starting) that she sold exclusivity rights to a company , they told her she is not allowed to show the photos anywhere. To me that sounds a bit weird? I personally think the photographer should always maintain the rights to do and use the photos where ever they want? She in her case told them to leave watermark on the photo What are your thoughts?
  11. i have a nikkor 40mm f2.8 for sale. great little lens, but too short for chasing insects lol. (£100) extension tubes are great, i still use them combined with my sigma105mm macro i also vote for the yongnuo flashes,.. got 3 of them and never failed me
  12. I liked a @YouTube video http://t.co/VOGs56GbE1 GoPro Dogs! Reamus takes a morning stroll | Crufts 2015

  13. I added a video to a @YouTube playlist http://t.co/4kjwcoVZNA Box of Lies with Melissa McCarthy (Late Night with Jimmy Fallon)

  14. I agree about seperate layers, I also would have used the magnetic lasso and then the refine edges menu. There are so many way of doing this, and what ever works for you works best. but working in layers gives you that bit of safety when you do something wrong and gives you more room to play as suggested above
  15. It connects wirelessly to your computer and acts like a graphics tablet indeed. With pressure sensitivity. And it rejects the palm of your hands if you rest it on there.
  16. Here an example. I use a different app as I use pc. But I must say it's a really cool feature.
  17. No black pearl. The note series have wacom built in . They are pressure sensitive too and you can rest your hands on it. .. same for the surface pros. There is am app called air stylus for galaxy note .which makes your tablet av second screen with pressure sensitivity. The surface pro is a fully windows Tablet with wacom built in too. You just install photoshop and your are ready to go
  18. I started with a d3100,.. which was only 12MP i think and the ISO was not that good either. Most of my shots are outside and very seldom I put my ISO higher than 400. I think 3fps is a little slow though. It will be interesting but maybe also a challenge I am just glad it got the 2 dials seperate for aperture and shutterspeed.
  19. this morning I was taking photos and everything worked fine, but then I suddenly noticed that my screen did not want to switch on. So my d7100 is now off for repair hoping the warranty will cover it. I can not wait 4 weeks for a camera,.. so I have ordered a secondhand d80 Any thoughts about that cam? got it for £89 I hope I will like it enough to use it for 4 weeks and maybe keep it as second body
  20. Sorry I am later replying,.. but there are cheaper alternatives. If you have a samsung note tablet you can use an app. I am saving up for the surface pro 3 and I will use that as my drawing tablet
  21. I love my yngnuos! they have never failed on me
  22. I liked a @YouTube video http://t.co/yzdH31n1zQ The ShowHawk Duo Live at Tron Kirk Edinburgh 2013!!!
