I'm Derek and I'm from South Yorkshire. I enjoy most areas of photography, and even did a short darkroom course when I was younger, but now only use digital. I use my Canon DSLR, a compact, and my iphone, it all depends on how I feel at the time.
At the moment I prefer to work in a mixture of colour and monochrome, converting to black & white in Lightroom then returning some of the colour, I'll upload some pictures and you'll see what I mean. I'm also in the process of restarting my website and other pages from scratch, when it's finished you'll find images of architecture, street, and abstract photography, but generally just things that catch my eye.
I'm enjoying reading the posts and viewing the images across the forum. Hope to speak to you a lot more in the near future.
