  1. Soligor 400mm f6.3 + Praktica 2x Converter
  2. Decided to push things a little further - thats a Soligor 400mm f6.3 with a Praktica 2x converter on the T3 Grim results but I did get something. Shot the camera with my favourite vintage lens, a Canon nFD 50mm f1.4 which gives absolutely beautiful results
  3. It was the TAIR-3-PhS from the PhotoSniper kit but not on the mount as it doesn't really play well with the digital bodies - I need to rig up a proper electronic trigger for it first. I've had the kit a year or so, came in the shop in excellent condition, in its original metal case with the extra 44-2 lens, the filters, film tubs and screw driver. Its a fun lens to use but a bit unwieldy and with a cheap 2x converter on a right PITA to handle. Got this with it earlier...
  4. Last night's moon shot with a TAIR-3-PhS 4.5/300 and a Praktica 2x Converter on the X-T3
  5. Hahahaha - thanks very much Phones are great for these types of shots where you want a low angle and loads of DoF
  6. Been baking again today using the starter I set going 24 hours ago
  7. Its a Lumpsucker (Lump Fish) and yes, its properly weird looking.
  8. Switched from baking bread to making pasties for lunch...
  9. A few frames combined from four hours worth of shooting last night
  10. Another morning of lockdown spent honing my baking skills - lunch is going to be crackin'
  11. Hahahaha - about two inches at most. Shot it with the 35/1.4 so the DoF fell away very quickly.
  12. I have really got into baking since being stuck in all the time - made some buns today
  13. Orange things around the house that look vaguely like the virus
  14. Consensus is people get these pets and can't look after them so 'dump them' in there wild. Typical that Dylan would be the one to find it. Last three are a dolphin, regularly get washed up on the coast, I just happened to be the same day as the Turtle.
  15. Dylan went out for his daily exercise, found a Chinese Soft Shell Turtle - as you do - so brought it home, got in touch with BDMLR and its been collected and on its way to a local centre. It was quite angry at the whole affair ?
  16. The lad hit the passenger side - front of the wheel arch first, then the back of it, then the front door and the roof then the back door. The front of the wheel arch is actually the entire front panel of the car as it wraps round and the roof panel forms part of the rear wing so its over half the panels on the entire car need replacing. I had word back to say he's ok. Needed a CT scan and X-rays, has concussion so can't remember what happened and had a few stitches in his head. Hospital say he'll be fine but I'd guess it will take him a while before he's fit again. If you're wondering, yes, that is traces of skin on the roofline hence me wanting to give the car a wash.
  17. Nine second exposure with an app on the iPhone
