Those colours are excellent.
Paul.
I used the cameras focus stacking mode, I don't know why I haven't made more use of it before, I'm really liking it now.

Nicely caught John.
I used a tripod and the cameras focus stacking mode, I ought to use it more often... It seems to work quite well!

I'm sorry for my absence recently, due to health problems I haven't been out much for weeks so no photography. I did manage to photograph the eclipse from my garden this morning but it was not easy as there was too much cloud. It was a case of grab shots when the cloud thinned for a couple of seconds, I didn't take a single shot with clear sky, these shots were taken through very thin cloud... I think this may have produced better images though.

Having been a fan of the 'Shadows' since my teens (that's a long time) I have never heard anyone come close to playing 'Wonderful Land' like Hank Marvin.... that was until I came across this guy... he really is amazing.

Does anyone know when this forum was started and by who, when I joined (about 15 years ago) I seem to remember someone named Ben running it before Phil came along. It used to be such a busy place then unlike now. It's not even a shadow of it's former self these days which is a pity. I'm finding myself using another forum more now as it's more to my liking... sad really!
