I had planned that all my pictures would be from in and around the house because I'm lazy but from Friday I will be in a location beginning with K so it would be wrong not to do something from there.
Wow.........the suspense where will I be?
Kilimanjaro? Karachi? Kettering?

It still sounds like you're describing watching paint drying..... 7 weeks, I'd have thrown the tv (if I had one) out the window after the first 10 minutes
Generally I would have agreed with you about cricket (invented by God so that atheists could grasp the concept of eternity) but the last half hour of yesterday's match was terrific drama.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't cricket be played by gentlemen in white flannels? With cries of "howzat" and "well played sir" and a break for tea and scones at 4.00pm.
Well, that's how the game was played at Greyfriars anyway. Sadly, Bunter never got called to the team, but he was always keen to help out with the cakes and lashings of lemomade.
Korkers
Always nice to hear from the 1950s - thanks Korky.

The version I've seen is "There are 10 kinds of people, those who understand binary and those who don't".
HaHa! I think yours has the edge James.

Binary System
Reminds me of a quote, I think it may have been Jeremy Paxman: "There's only 10 things you need to now about binary maths. And I know both of them."

Another thought occurs to me, Denis. You can use any company for your annuity (pension payments), not just the company you have been saving with. You can transfer your pension pot to whichever company gives you the best quote. You really need a financial adviser to shop around for you. Check this out to be sure but I don't think you have to pay for this sort of advice, the financial adviser will be paid commission by whatever company he places your business with. As I said earlier I have had some personal experience but I am NOT an expert so please check out what I am saying with a professional.
