    G'day Kobione... Thanks for putting out the welcome mat. Just checking out how one edits a post :help:  ... ( in anticipation of needing to  ) I never seem to learn to check for typos before hitting the post  button. Just trying to practise the Family Motto -  Nunquam non paratus .... Never unprepared ;)

    ...And it appears to be a the sort of workshop/cafe and gallery that  is home to a motley crew of very talented, friendly beings who have an interest similar to mine..... To capture  images and display them in the way  that represents maybe a reflection of how we see the world or would like to see it maybe. With a background originally in Fine Art, I love  how spending a day painting with digital paints and brushes ( instead of the real thing ) is so much  easier to clean up  after . ;)

     

     Just going to  acquaint myself  with the  rules and regs etc to avoid the prospect of making a major faux pas as a newbie and hope to learn new techniques and share useful information about  producing the  images that we see when we look.

     

     I may  even bribe you with  coffee and a sticky bun  to be kind to me if I trip up over obvious obstacles .... :lol:

    After browsing for a few days ... some great work displayed  here .... so here goes ...dipping my toe  in !
