Clicker

To be honest I would not even telephone a number that appeared uninvited on my computer screen .. One hears nowadays that some telephone numbers with colossal rates only need you to be waiting two or three minutes while pressing a range of option numbers ( press 1 for this and 2 for that ) to run up bills of hundreds of pounds .... all straight into the pocket of the con artist . We got so fed up with calls to the house purporting to be someone from Microsoft trying to get remote access to our pcs that finally hubby answered saying he was investigating a suspicious death of the occupier and asked when was the last time he had telephoned the deceased!! ...

A really pleasing image Matt ..I like it too and following the post you put up about re calbrating your monitor ... I think I also prefer this ,the warmer one, like Chris. ... but only by a small margin ....Congratulations

Thanks for sharing that Martyn.....stunning shots. I remember watching a documentary about Beatrix Potter who bred and reared this rare breed and bequeathed quite a large amount of land to the National Trust, specifically insisting that the Herdwick should always be allowed to use it as grazing land. They are an integral reason for the landscape maintaining the way it looks in the Lake District. I would love to go to this exhibition.... I'll have to check out how long it is on for ... ah ... 19th April ....and fit it into a trip I'm making to the North soon. Just seen your post ... Great minds eh Judy ... I 've just been looking at the same stuff ! .

Thank you Denis ..... I had been hoping to get a bit more involved after signing up on here but sadly a sudden family bereavement has meant my attention has been elsewhere . ... Thanks though for taking the time to say hello ... I will pop in when I can over the next few weeks or so to join in more and post some pics ... It seems like a friendly place to learn and swap ideas ...cheers ! I used the Comic Sans font on the post that you are referring to ( can't edit it yet ...not enough posts ) I did it whilst using my Sony laptop ....however when I looked at it LATER on my iPad it is in a completely different font, in an italic script that is difficult to read! . How very strange that is .... so for your benefit and anyone else reading it on an iPad I have copied and pasted it and removed the formatting ...see below.
