No its a Railway Bridge, in Wakes Colne, Essex..  There is another thread on here with an image of the Bridge..

Nope I thought the same its as if the image has been flipped and someone forgot they taper and thats as far as they got

I am finding it hard to get my head and eyes around. I think it's because I know the place, so my eyes are liking the image but it confuses my brain, not that I much of a brain.

 

Like bugs says very effective............in an eyeball twisting sort of way.
