the domain name is registered to an American and looking at their opening hours

Monday to Thursday:

12.00pm to 1.00am BST

Friday: 12.00pm to  8.00pm BST

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: 1.00pm to 1.00am BST

* Support Hours: 

Monday to Thursday:

2.00pm to 10.00pm BST

Friday: 2.00pm to  8.00pm BST

Saturday: Closed

Sunday:  

 

they are in America too. The returns address is a mailbox address so they dont have a physical presence over here and what ever you buy will most likely be an import, you may get caught for import duties and the warranty will be invalid

Not sure where they are but I've used them a few times with no issues. The only annoyance is when they ask you to ring them and try to sell you extra bits. I just email back now and say I don't need any batteries, warranty, filters etc and just post it!
