Canon AE-1 program

I am selling this on behalf of a friend who has emigrated.

The camera looks like new and has had little use and none for many years, complete with 50mm f 1.8 lens and Sun 85-210, flash gun, holdall, manual and leather case.

Whether it works not not I can't say unfortunately.

Pictures taken with Fuji X-T1 natural light right and gold reflector left. Yet again the Fuji has amazed me with the IQ.

The current eBay BIN for it is between £50 and £100 - that's the standard body + 50mm lens. 

 

Wasn't the AE-1 (its forerunner) the world's first SLR with a computer chip at its heart?
