Keep posting - this is a site or background issue which I'll point Phil and Richard at.

 

Try a post with the image hosted here and one with a link to Flickr (if thats what you usually do) to see if there is a difference.

You choose More Reply Options (bottom right when you Reply) which gives you a much larger reply dialogue, including buttons to choose a picture on your computer and then upload it and add it to the post. The only drawback is your picture must be 300kb or less - I always have to resize a copy before posting.
