A couple more from Warwick Castle.
 
This is the first time that I have ever seen a tame Vulture and he was trotting around after his trainer to see what treats he could get.
They have such a name for being scavengers, but it's really the only way that they can survive.
The trainer gave such an interesting talk about the birds at the same time as displaying them

I saw a raptor display at Beamish the other week with (I think) the same bird.

The lad doing the show was brilliant, informative and very funny. His dog was part of the show but got up, wandered off and hid when one of the birds was let out as they've had a few run ins.

No, these birds belong to Warwick Castle and they have about 40 residing there, so I think the trainer works there all of the time.

They take them to Yorkshire and Wales to train in the mountains for so long before they come back to the castle.

Fuji may have some more info on this, but I will upload a pic of the trainer on this thread, so you can have a look.
