Old Images Revisited

Recommended Posts

I have started to revisit some of my old images, to see if my updated knowledge and photoshop skills can improve them or even just to see if I appreciate them now I know more. Its surprising what I have found (my fruit basket for example, and the mini mal, which I recently posted on the forum).

How about you guys doing the same and posting some of your old images here? It really makes me realise how far I have come, what knowledge I have gained and also that I knew more back then, than I thought. Which is good.

I'm afraid the majority of the pictures I post here are older ones, as increasing disability makes it harder to get out and about. But I do revisit some of those older ones - like you do  - to see if anything better can be made from them. Often just a simple crop will work, other times I need to do 'major surgery' in Photoshop. Some are beyond rescue!!

By the way, I've noticed that more than a few images posted here are not current ones - do we need a special thread for them? I'd say not, personally.
