I'm not a fan of low-angle people pictures as up-the-nose shots rarely work well :) .

 

However, I think this one does work simply because it shows her in full flow and with her glorious hair showing against the muted brown of her hat.

I'm in two minds. I love the 'full flow' as you say, but like you I'm not so sure about the back teeth and the nostrils (omg, I make her sound like a horse!). Good shot though.
