Taken for BP's Challenged SOOC

 

 

Cropped and improved a little

 

Added texture overlay and brushed back the main building

 

Discovered a quick B&W conversion using gradient Map and changing the blend mode

I actually like the third stage best, before the mono conversion. It would be interesting to see it partly desaturated, partway towards mono?

B&W is not a strong point for me but will work on converting this way, the options seem to be endless Have tried desat version

#3 does it for me BR. Love the textures and muted colours.

Oooo - I'm torn between no. 3 and the mono version....I....I.....I think I'll go with the mono one.

That's nice  I'm torn between #3 and the part-desat. Both are good (I like the muted colours).
