Just finished so bright and shiny. Give it a month or two of evil a North East weather and it'll be manky.

Are you allowed to go up this one BP? We have a lovely lighthouse at Southwold that they let you go to the top, but only if you are wearing sensible shoes, when ever I go ther I am wearing flip flops and they wont let me in...!

Its owned by the NT so so can go up when they have open days, you get a tour around the whole building and get to see the foghorn machinery too.

The main building is open most days and has a cafe and a NT gift shop.
