Walk along the shore

I've had a bad cold all week and not been out much, so I was gutted this morning when it was raining. By lunchtime the sky turned blue and the sun came out, so off I went for a walk to clear my head and lungs.

 

 

 

 

I sat on one of the benches on the sea break. The air tuned cold and black clouds started to roll in, this horse walked purposefully back to his stable. Time I set of back home!

 

 

 

Just as I reached my back door the heavens opened!

Nice set of pictures and a grand place for a wander or just sitting and relaxing. That horse shows good sense, especially with the clouds rolling in as in the last one.

Lovely set, Martyn, and I really love the way that you have caught the dark horse walking.
Getting out in the fresh air does help to lift the spirits and helps to clear your head after a cold.

That's Wild Duck Hall, it's recently been converted into flats and cottages!

 

....... i love those horses

 

I think horses probably outnumber people in this area, lots of nice roses in the gardens though!
