Tokarev TT33

Just a quick photo of my, now sold & waiting for collection, 1952 dated Soviet Tokarev TT33 automatic pistol; fear not, it is deactivated in accordance with current UK legislation (which does nothing to stop former Eastern Bloc weapons being smuggled into the UK and used by criminal gangs).

The TT33 was brought into production in the mid 1930's and saw wide use with the Soviet army in WW2.

Since then it has made an appearance in worldwide conflicts where one side has had Soviet backing, such as the Korean & Vietnam Wars.

very dramatic and stark image , works well with the subject matter

Thanks Heather. I took it in the kitchen, the work-surface seemed just right. Sadly the TT33 is on it's way to a new owner as I need the money :(
