An old skill

This lady was demonstrating the spinning of Yarn ( I think that's the correct term) from a bundle of raw wool, in the old Guildhall at Lavenham in Suffolk, and was quite happy for me to photograph her.

Lavenham is one of the old Suffolk Wool Towns, dating back to 1327.

Canon EOS 7D + Canon 24-105 L Lens. 1/64th at f/4 ISO400, and 'pop up flash' illuminated.

I can imagine her exiting stage left in a slow sliding movement

Yep, I agree 'fuzzy'.

Unfortunately, the room was quite cluttered with racks of period clothing, I believe, for visitors to try on if they wished to, and there were a few people gathered around watching the lady, so I had to grab my 'shot' from where I stood.

So yes, it is a very odd floor angle.

Of course I could say that as the building is 400-500 years old, all the floors slope at that angle, but I'd be less than honest :innocent:
