Some conversions give interesting results

This started out life as an uninteresting colour picture taken during a bored moment waiting in my car. However, when I converted to B&W just to see if there was any extra value in it, a fascinating thing happened - the people kind of 'disappeared' into the riot of seasonal signage and snowy chaos. So I thought I'd leave one bit unconverted to emphasise the 'story'.

(I'm still getting an error message : You aren't permitted to upload this kind of file.. Help! It's a JPEG (ends .jpg) whose full name is People, what people?.jpg, and it is 295.6 KB in size so within the limit. What's going on?)

ETA: OMG, it was the ? in the file name! I removed that and all was well. But WHY should a ? cause problems? After all, it's fine on my Mac. Oh well, it's sorted now. I'll leave this cry for help up here in case anyone else has a similar problem.

I like that picture and although the unconverted bit is very low impact, it does add a lift.

(and the ? in a file name would probably be rejected on a file upload because the ? is used on webpages to pass parameters up to the website. That could be used in a hacking attempt so most websites will block it or remove it as routine if they are properly written.)
