That's a new species for me

Try ruddy darter but the interest he was showing in  the rivits on the bridge I was begining to think he had come from a shipyard

The pale colour suggests an immature male, so maybe he was sitting on the metal to warm up.

Must be the bright yellow that attracted him. It's lovely and sharp.

I have over the years come a long way but there is always room to improve There are a few I have taken that I really like but there is a whole heap of pixels that I have destroyed in the search of " that shot"

And I still take what can only be considered as garbage and make novice mistakes

I take macro on manual but when I am taking people I use AV set at f4 200asa for fast caught shots so the other weekend I took shots of people at 400 iso f22 at 100ss yes I had left it on manual
