60s Fashion - First attempt!

Recommended Posts

Looking for some critique on these! Please don't be too harsh, this was my first go at anything like this!

I've added a bit of a "vintage feel" to this, I know I know... the "instagram effect"! I usually hate that sort of thing but considering this was meant to be a 60s feel I think it makes it quite interesting (and sets off the bold make-up well too). I can provide the non edited versions if people would like to see them. I'm really not sure if it's too "blown out", but I had a few (non photographic) friends look at the images and pick their favourites and they all chose the filtered ones!

This wasn't meant to be technically perfect, I'm pretty pleased with the overall results!

i like no 1 best for the misty/sunshine look but i dont like the look on the models face, she looks miserable ( sorry)

no 3 her facial expression is much better but its missing the look of the other two

We had real trouble with the facial expressions. We tried some of her smiling (she's got a gorgeous smile) but the eye make-up made her look like a terrifying clown. So we had to try and go for "moody". Aware not every pic hit the mark!
