Not a very exciting day

Recommended Posts

The sun was out first thing this morning, so we decided to get the train to Birmingham to see if they had any entertainment on for Easter.

By the time we got there, the sky had turned grey and it was freezing cold.

The station is being re-vamped so we had to go out of another exit and walk a much longer way to the town centre.

When we got there we couldn't see that anything was going on, and it was getting colder and colder so after a quick walk around the "Works" bookshop we decided to head for the train home.

Not to be done out of a couple of shots, I got a couple of some of the work being done, and this was the best of a bad job. :wallbash: although it did give me chance to see how the D3200 would handle the poor lighting conditions in the station.

This one was shot with Iso 4000 but even the first couple didn't show camera shake or there was very little.

I certainly won't be visiting Birmingham by train until the first half of the station is finished, sometime towards the end of April, I think.

It would have been worth while if I had got a couple of half decent shots. :hope:
