58mm Close up filters

Recommended Posts

I have a set of close up filters, +1 +2 +4 & +10 they are 58mm thread which isnt right for the lens I use them with. If anyone has a lens with a 58mm thread on the end that they could use them on  let me know and I will post them to you

Anybody with smaller filter threads, as Nanny says, could buy a step up ring to use them:-

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_trksid=p5197.m570.l1311.R1.TR1.TRC0&_nkw=step+up+rings&_sacat=0&_from=R40

If used on a lens with a smaller filter thread it would also mean only the more central area of the supplementary lens (close up filter) would be being used and that as with all lenses usually has a flatter field than it's edges.
