Evidently Java has done a patch in it’s new version so check you are running Java 7 update 11, if not download the new version from Java's site.

Here’s a Java checker:-

http://javatester.org/version.html

Just checked mine and although I had installed the previous patch found I only had Java 7 update 10, so just downloaded Java again for update 11.

Interesting, I am running Windows 7, 64bit and have since downloaded Internet Explorer 10, which will now run on Windows 7 and 8. But when I went on the Java site it said IE 10 was running in 32bit mode. I looked on the Web and apparently IE 10 will only run in 64bit mode on Windows 8, 64bit, but always runs in 32bit mode on Windows 7, 64 bit. Therefore I had to download 32bit Java for my IE and not the 64bit version, as its the mode the browser runs in that matters.
