Through work I have gotten friendly with a local Music promoter, I was invited to a small Venue in Manchester, this is my favorite shot so far.

even managed to get the drumsticks in motion, I think i was down to about 60th/sec, and about 1200ISO.

 

opinions please.

I like the stick in motion.  Prevents it from being too static.  What is the name of the Band.  Looks like "The God Like Thighs".........................?

Good shot - I always find the drummers are the hardest to photograph as the other band members keep getting in the way!
The choice of shutter speed was perfect to get the blurred sticks.
I think I'd have cropped out that bit of the bass-player on the right of the frame though.
