This is me last Saturday at about the 40 mile point with 16 left to cycle. Fantastic day. An organised Sportive ride is great fun and really does help to get you in good shape. Not my pic but I have purchased it so ok for me to post.

? Well not strictly a new hobby.  More rekindled after a year or so out.   I have 3 bikes.  

Funnily enough, I used to be into climbing but that got harder as the years passed so the climbing gear now just hangs in the garage.

It must be one of the most popular sports in U.K. now.. great action photo ....you look as if you're enjoying it too .... any news on the front yet ?... It must be quite odd waiting... a sort of limbo.... I hope you get the result you want ...
