This weeks theme is muted colours. Following the previous theme I thought this would put our brains into reverse to vivid colours. Soften that palette of colours and let the image do the talking.
The competition is open until midnight Friday 14 April. Enjoy the theme and good luck!

Its a fab little computer. For mothers day, my son & wife bought me a little docking station for my old drives, so I just pop them in to pull off old photos. Sadly, some are lost or corrupt but I have a lot of them to choose from again.

Catching up with this...
website (early stages so dont laugh).... www.trufflekerfuffle.co.uk . I need more photos and info on there, but working on it.
I like being called a chocolate truffleer...sounds awesome.
My mac is one of those where its all built in. No bulky tower or anything. 21.5'led backlit display, 1920 x 1080 pixels, 2.8 ghz, quad core intel core i5 with 4mb l3 cache.... shall i continue BP? lol

I have been missing for a while now, for several reasons. The main reason has been no computer, so unable to upload my photos. Also no access to photoshop to post edit. This is now sorted and I have my new mac with photoshop installed, ans Im starting to download my photos from the old drive. I just have to find the time to get out there with my camera now.
The second reason has been time. As some of you know, I was setting up a little business making and selling chocolate truffles. You may (or may not..haha) be interested to know I am now register as a sole trader, have my hygiene rating from the local authority and the food standard agency will be updating their records to show me as a registered food business. Truffle Kerfuffle is now a reality, and no longer a dream. I'm selling locally at fairs and markets, and loving it. My new and not yet complete website is www.trufflekerfuffle.co.uk if anyone wants to take a peek.
Glad to be back!

Thanks to Rye for this week's comp I have learned about Bokeh. I thought this was only where the lighting was blurred. I didn't realise it referred generally to the areas around the focus point of the image that is blurred. I'm so pleased I Google it and as I'm home alone tonight I'm going to experiment. Is there any topics that has clarified something for you in here?

Rye - very well done, sorry I kinda copied your image - it was pure coincidence as I had picked it before seeing your entry. You deserved the win though.
