Ok then. This week in the UK there is a very Autumnal feel on the air. Leaves are dropping. Squirrels are foraging in prep for winter. Fungi in abundance.The colours are turning to reds, russets, yellows. Can I see images either of Autumn or of Autumn colours? Please enter by Midnight Friday 13th to allow voting to commence from Saturday 14th. Good luck and I personally am determined to get out for a fresh  image rather than an archive one.

Korky u r fantastic. U always make me laugh. I was all set to drag hubby to the big day out but then an opportunity came up for me to take my 84 year old mum for a long weekend away. I really had to put her 1st....Next year I'm determined!!!!

Reflections

I have booked a last minute trip away to Mallorca that weekend to gave my 84 year old mum a lityle sun bless her. That was the only time work would allow me the fri and mon for a long weekend.

Sorry, no time for an entry from me. Didn't even have time to look through archives.

OK, for this week I'm looking for photos which contain a shadow. Yours, someone else's, a shadow cast in nature, the shadow of an inanimate object...anything at all as long as it casts a shadow and the shadow is included in the picture.

Old or new pictures are acceptable and the challenge will be open to entries from now until midnight 26h May, when voting will commence until midnight 2nd June (oh my word...June!)

Go looking for shadows and do it with fun!

Weekly Challenge #98

The photo I used was from my very early days of photography with my old canon 1000d if I remember. I belonged to another forum that no longer exists and one of their long time members  commented that this bottle photo was the best of my images so far. I was as proud as punch. I later found out he had terminal cancer and don't know if he is still with us or not. So it has go d memories for me. Thanks for voting for me. Much appreciated.
