  1. Ok, a mate of mine posted a lovely mono photo of his toddler sitting on the rails of a train line. I said it was a lovely image but gave off the wrong message. Kids should never go on trainlines. He gave  me a link to a whole load of similar images. The line in question was still in use but no trains the day he took the images.  Whats your thoughts?

I have 3 images to choose from and I just didn't know which one to enter. 1 is an image of my mum, smoking a cigarette to which I applied a 'dragan effect' in photoshop with the help of a you tube tutorial. It makes her look really old and accentuates all her features. The other is an image from my office window, to which I applied a 'tilt shift' effect to make it look like a miniature model. It was features in a photography magazine. The 3rd is a camera movement one, and I'm thinking this is the best one to enter so here it is......

     

    Into The Vortex - Taken from the back carriage window of the Tyne and Wear Metro. This is the sunset between the trees and I turned the camera (from portrait to landscape) whilst shutter was down. I think it was taken on my mobile.

  3. Weekly challenge 191 is FACES - Be it human faces, animal faces, clock faces, rock faces, coal faces, faces one other, faces a challenge.........any image that has to do with FACES. Good luck, enjoy and lets see if we can keep this pace of 14 entries up and running.

    Entries to be submitted by Midnight on Friday 8th March . Voting will then take place until Midnight on Friday 15th March .
