Ah the first image, what a winner, B&W, Symetry, Tram Lines, the list goes on, The equal shadow on each column, Fantastic Work !!!

In No 1 Image, did you know the togger lol, and No 1 reads the best, looks nearly a blend of Mono & colour, I keep looking so I must like it, Nice

Looking outside the box, its the masts following the tree line, probably just luck of the draw, but a very strong image, Nice

The forth image you could see on a postcard, its a great image and very well taken

2nd image needs the foreground in focus too, first image is great

Gotta spend the day there, the light really suffers here, the image reads really well though

No 4 is the best by far, I guess the lens cut the masts off in the first few, as thats a shame as the boats being the main draw, you kinda want all the Masts, where the 4th image has it all, a good balance of sky too
-
B&W and Mono is tough, and please bear in mind Im looking on an IPad Pro, not my Calibrated screen.. but lacks the depth of contrast, getting the charcole in the blacks can help define the image, but great detail, good use of Aperture too
-
The B&W images lack that “ Punch “ where the Blacks could do with more contrast, but what a place to spend the day waiting for the light to alter and create such interesting images
-
Have you tried inverting this Left for Right, Like a negative ?? As it could read much better with the land to the Left leading up to the Lighthouse on the Right ??
-
I love it, I took a similar image in London by the OXO building, entered it into a competition, and got feedback of “ It Needs People “ No I Don’t, This is how I would want to take the image, great symmetry, Great Image

Little Fringing in the first image, but gotta love the history that we have around us
-
There is a lot going on in the image, possibly a tighter crop ??
-
I hope you get the chance to get back there, its very old fashioned now to actually take some images, look, reflect then learn from them,
Old film days I guess,
I have some serious Filters now, so nearly black to look at, but when used on Timed exposures they do come into their own
-
For me its the last image, its again dateless
The first two are great, but the third one with the steam, and no one to give the date away..
Close use of Contrast, its very deep, possibly a little too much for some
A nice set

I keep looking, then look again, cant quite put my finger on it, then look again…
So thats enough for me, I’m interested, and keep looking,
Composition exactly what I would do, Milk yes again would do that, horizon exactly right.. So keep looking..
I feel the sky and sea are blending in too much,
But Im still looking, very interesting image

Just has to be in B&W, I love it, the image is dateless, having a good look around on the image,
Very nice work, some can be tempted to ramp up contrast on B&W,
Nice Balance, I would be there everyday
Just needs an old Oily worker full of soot
Thanks for sharing

Scenery Fabulous, Time of day in both images a question mark..
First Image, cant fault the scenery, the Subject ( Donkey or Horse ) the main body could use a fill flash,
The second image has ( on my screen ) Flared a lot, massive loss of detail, but a crop would sort that…
When part of the image flares to a loss is a shame, where some filters, or take a few images with differing exposures then the old post processing..
Sorry have to say what I see,
Steve

Yep…..
Nice

It lacks a Punch really, With Mono & B&W contrast is a huge issue, this one is too flat,
I like the attempt on the Milk, just needs a boost on post processing
Just MHO though
-
No 3, Just invites you in so much
And yuk, as being invited in lol,
A great set, working with Macro is tough, and getting a balance is harder,
No 3 works so well, Pick of the bunch
Nice

I think all the interest is in the Island, and wow what an amazing image to have a play with..
I’m always tempted to get the “Crisp” image too when shooting, so need a super fast lens, which I’m lucky to have
BUT definitely save the sky in the image, as its mood is fantastic, could add this to other images when needed..
Nice Work Young Man..

Lens flare in the second shot does catch the eye,
I’m a strong B&W fan, and I feel the first image is flat enough to ramp up contrast and convert to B&W
May have a go ,
Your shadow and the Tripod are a shame though
